    With weekly online pilates lessons Patrick helped me regain strength in my back. I had compounded two vertebrae because of laptop work and it led me to be very depressed cause of the pain. Highly recommend Pilates for anyone who is looking for something accessible and fun that looks after your body and mind.

    Pilates classes with Patrick have been both enjoyable and beneficial for me. I’m in my senior years and they are helping me retain and possibly regain some of my core strength .

    I have regular one to one Pilates sessions with Patrick both online and in person when permitted. I particularly enjoy outdoor Pilates classes as the grounding in nature is wonderful especially after a day at work indoors. Most importantly, my neck and back issues are greatly improved and Patrick takes great time and care in ensuring the exercises are just right for my specific needs.
