I have regular one to one Pilates sessions with Patrick both online and in person when permitted. I particularly enjoy outdoor Pilates classes as the grounding in nature is wonderful especially after a day at work indoors. Most importantly, my neck and back issues are greatly improved and Patrick takes great time and care in ensuring the exercises are just right for my specific needs.
